the STEP-BY-STEP process

STEP 1 Let's Chat!

Let’s hop on a call and talk about their dream wedding and what you envision for your wedding video. I will explain my packages, answer any questions you may have, and provide a precise quote to fit your needs.

STEP 4 Wedding day

Arrive, set up, and camera rolling! I’ll capture all the magic, from those nervous getting-ready moments to the wild dance floor moves.

STEP 2 Lock it down

Once you are ready, I will send over a contract that lays out the good stuff—pricing, what the package includes, and all the fine print. Get that signature and deposit (50%) to make it official!

STEP 5 Watch party

After the wedding, I go through all that amazing footage and start piecing together the film, with not only beautiful shots but also all the audio from the ceremony and speeches to tell a story. Wedding teaser is usually delivered within 1 week after the wedding and the full wedding film is delivered within 12 weeks.

Step 3 Game Plan

In the months leading up to the big day, I will work with you, the coordinator, and the photographer to nail down the timeline and ensure that it’s photo/video-friendly. We can also schedule a pre-wedding call to go through the details and must-capture moments.
